Maria Blois offers a product warranty for twelve (12) months.
- Subject of the Guarantee :
Maria Blois guarantees that all its products sold are free from manufacturing defects and material quality issues for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase, provided they are used according to the care instructions provided (see product care section on the website).
- Scope of the Warranty :
This warranty covers defects that affect the manufacturing of the product.
- Exclusions :
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper use of the product, exposure to extreme conditions or accidents.
- Normal wear and tear.
-Alterations or repairs made by unauthorized third parties.
- Complaints Procedure :
To validate this warranty, the customer must:
- Keep the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Contact Maria Blois customer service by email within the warranty period, providing information about the defect and a brief description of the product's use.
- If necessary, Maria Blois, through the contracted courier company, will be responsible for collecting the product and sending it to our facilities for evaluation and subsequent repair or replacement, and then sending it to the customer, at no additional cost.
- Claim Resolution:
If the María Blois technical team determines that the defect is covered by this warranty, the product will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer. If repair or replacement with a similar model currently in stock is not possible, another model with similar characteristics that is available at that time will be offered.
- Applicable Legislation :
This warranty is governed by the laws in force in Spain, and any dispute arising in relation to it will be subject to the competent jurisdiction.
