Lifetime repairs. We make our products to last for many. many years so:

In the unlikely event your handbag needs repair (eg a lock or a handle breaks or something needs to be restitched) within 12 months of the purchase date, we would arrange the collection, repair it and ship it back to your chosen address free of charge . A receipt of purchase will be required. Please note that normal wear and tear of the leather is excluded from the guarantee and we are unable to repair leather marks or stains (please avoid contact with clothing with strong dyes such as dark jeans as they may stain the leather), this also excludes the softening of the bag's shape with use that often occurs with leather goods, as these are not quality faults.

LEATHER CARE
With use small creases may develop and color may change slightly, adding to its charm. Although all of our leathers have been treated with water protection products, they have a natural finish to avoid over exposure to water. If the product gets wet, please remove any residual water with a dry cloth and allow it to dry naturally. The natural finish of our leathers gives them a soft and luxurious feel. Should the leather get scratched or worn you can apply leather cream (natural or colored on your bag). Then polish them with a dry cotton cloth to enhance their natural shine and remove any traces before use. Please try first on a small surface on the base of the bag or somewhere not visible to make sure the leather cream you use is the right color and has the right finish. It's not advisable to use leather creams on matte leathers as leather creams often create a slightly shiny effect. For light colors please avoid contact with clothing with strong dyes such as dark jeans as they may stain the leather when rubbed against the fabric. We recommend professional cleaning services when required. Use a soft dry cloth to remove any loose dirt. Please keep away from heat and damp and store in the dust bag in an upright position with paper stuffing, ensuring all straps and chains are placed inside the bag to avoid marking the leather.
SUEDE
Suede is a unique and delicate material, it is best to avoid contact with light colored clothing and upholstery as dye from this leather may transfer. As all our leathers have a natural finish, over exposure to water should be avoided. Should the product get wet, please remove any residual water with a dry cloth and allow it to dry naturally. Because suede has a very soft, velvety finish, water drops can darken the leather temporarily, returning to its original color upon drying. If any water marks were to remain, brush the leather with a soft brush to remove any particles and unify the look of the leather. It's important that the bristles used are soft, made of materials such as nylon to brush the leather without causing any harm, avoid using any hard plastic or metal brushes. Use the same type of brush to remove any loose dirt. Please avoid contact with clothing with strong dyes such as dark jeans as they may stain the leather when rubbed against.
HARDWARE CARE
Our exquisite hardware is meticulously crafted from responsibly sourced materials. In select cases, we have enhanced its resilience by applying a protective lacquer. To maintain the pristine condition of the hardware we recommend using a dry, soft microfiber cloth, applying gentle circular motions during cleaning.

Please exercise caution, exposure to chemical substances like alcohol, hand sanitizer, acetone, hand lotions or sunscreen may compromise the original finish - resulting in discoloration and lacquer removal. If this occurs, promptly and gently clean the surface with a damp microfiber cloth and allow it to air dry. It is essential to avoid contact with rough or abrasive surfaces, as this may lead to scratches and irreversible damage to the hardware.
