To which countries does Maria Blois ship?

Maria Blois ships worldwide, please see shipping conditions in the shipping and returns policy, if your country is not listed, please feel free to email info@nariablois.com, our team will endeavour to accommodate your purchase.

We offer free shipping and returns worldwide on both full-price and sale items.

Is my package insured?
Maria Blois insures every purchase during the time it is in transit until delivery.
Can I track my order?
Yes, the confirmation email will provide you with the tracking number so you can track your order through the courier company.
Do I have to pay taxes?
No, you don't. All prices on our website include taxes and fees. No additional charges apply at the time of delivery.
Sales tax and VAT
All orders are inclusive of VAT, which will be displayed at checkout and in your order confirmation.
Changes
Can I modify or cancel an item in my order?
Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel or modify an item you have already purchased. We are unable to add an item to an existing order. If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you.
 
Exchanges and returns
For returns, please see the shipping and returns policy.
Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges. If you wish to exchange the item you have ordered, please return it and we will issue a refund for the original order and a new order will need to be placed.
