We offer free worldwide shipping and returns on both full priced and sale items.

Is my package insured?
Maria Blois ensures each purchase during the time it is in transit until delivery.
Can I track my order?
Yes, the confirmation email will provide you the tracking number to allow you to track your order via the courier company.
Do I have to pay duty charges?
No, you don't. All prices on our website include taxes and duties. No additional charges are applicable on delivery.
Sales tax & VAT
All orders are inclusive of VAT which will be shown at checkout and in your order confirmation.
Changes
Can I amend or cancel an item in my order?
Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel or amend an item that you have already purchased. We can't add an item to an existing order. If you need to make any amendments to your order, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
 
Returns & Exchanges
For returns please see the Shipping & Return policy.
Unfortunately, we are not able to process exchanges. If you would like to change the item, you have ordered please return it and we will issue a refund on the original order and a new order needs to be placed.
